Interise Trust, an Infrastructure Investment Trust, declared a first distribution of Rs. 1.19 per unit for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025), comprising Rs. 0.42 interest, Rs. 0.76 dividend, and Rs. 0.01 other income, subject to withholding tax. The Board also approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter. Standalone profit after tax rose to Rs. 16,986.75 lakhs (vs Rs. 15,868.05 lakhs in Q1 FY25), while consolidated profit swung to Rs. 2,750.16 lakhs from a loss of Rs. 790.87 lakhs a year ago. The record date was initially set as August 15, 2025 but revised to August 16, 2025 since August 15 is a national holiday (Independence Day).
Unitholders on record as of August 16, 2025 are eligible for the Rs. 1.19 per unit payout.
