Interise Trust, an infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) holding highway and toll-road assets, announced its Q2 FY26 (quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025) unaudited financial results along with a distribution of Rs. 1.34 per unit for the quarter. The distribution is split as Rs. 0.71 (interest), Rs. 0.62 (dividend) and Rs. 0.01 (other income), subject to withholding tax. The record date for eligible unitholders is November 15, 2025. The H1 FY26 distribution totals Rs. 2.53 per unit, unchanged from H1 FY25 (Rs. 2.53), but standalone profit for H1 FY26 jumped sharply to Rs. 39,830 lakhs (vs Rs. 16,488 lakhs in H1 FY25), driven by lower impairments and expected credit loss allowances. NAV at fair value stood at Rs. 107 per unit at end-September 2025.
