Interise Trust (formerly IndInfravit Trust), an Infrastructure Investment Trust, has declared its third distribution for FY2025-26 at Rs. 3.81 per unit, comprising Rs. 2.82 as interest, Rs. 0.98 as dividend, and Rs. 0.01 as other income (subject to withholding tax). The record date is confirmed as Tuesday, February 17, 2026, and payment will be made within 5 working days from the record date. This is a sharp increase from the previous quarter's distribution of Rs. 1.34 per unit. For Q3 FY26 (standalone), the Trust reported total income of Rs. 40,552.89 lakhs (up from Rs. 34,042.83 lakhs YoY) and profit of Rs. 21,766.63 lakhs (up from Rs. 15,038.86 lakhs YoY). For 9M FY26, profit nearly doubled to Rs. 61,596.67 lakhs from Rs. 31,526.62 lakhs in the prior year period. The Board also approved issuance of Commercial Papers up to Rs. 950 crores in one or more tranches.
