Internal auditor DTSB & Associates resigns effective July 15

Virgo Polymers India Ltd has informed BSE that its internal auditor DTSB & Associates (Chartered Accountants, FRN 329277E) has resigned from the position effective July 15, 2026. The auditor cited other pre-occupancy as the reason. The company states no concerns were raised about management and there is no material reason for the exit. The Audit Committee and Board will consider appointing a new internal auditor in due course.
