International Data Management Ltd (IDM Limited) has informed the stock exchange that its shareholders have approved the reclassification of Apollo Trading and Finance Private Limited from the 'Promoter Category' to the 'Public Category' through a postal ballot process. This follows BSE's earlier no-objection to the reclassification and submission of the postal ballot notice on 9th October 2025. The voting results and scrutinizer's report were submitted on 10th November 2025. With this approval, Apollo Trading and Finance will no longer be counted among the company's promoters, reducing the size and concentration of the promoter group.
This reclassification reduces the promoter group composition and changes the public shareholding profile of the company. For shareholders, this means a portion of shares previously locked in as 'promoter holding' now gets reclassified as freely tradable public shares, which could modestly increase the public float and liquidity, though it does not involve any actual change in ownership.
