Omansh Enterprises has informed the BSE that its trading window for dealing in company securities will be closed from 1st January 2026. The window will reopen only 48 hours after the company declares its unaudited financial results for the quarter ending 31st December 2025 (Q3 FY26). During this period, designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's shares, as per SEBI's Insider Trading Regulations and the company's internal code of conduct.
