Intimation for Closure of trading window for the Quarter and Financial Year ending March 31, 2026.

CRP Risk Management Ltd has informed the BSE that its trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. This closure is in line with SEBI's Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015, and applies to all designated persons of the company, who have been advised not to trade in the company's securities during this period. The company also stated that the date of the board meeting to consider the audited financial results will be communicated later. The intimation was signed by Managing Director Raza Mohammed Sayyed.
