The company has fixed 23rd September 2025 as the cut-off date to determine eligibility of members for remote e-voting or voting through ballot paper at the AGM. The Board of Directors has not recommended any dividend for the year under reference.
Shareholders who buy or sell shares must do so before 24th September 2025 to be eligible for voting at the AGM, as trading in the stock will not permit transfer registration during the book closure window.
