Hemadri Cements has informed the stock exchange that its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, 14th July 2025 at 3:00 PM through video conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from 8th July 2025 (9:00 AM) to 14th July 2025 (3:00 PM), both days inclusive, for AGM purposes. The cutoff date to determine eligible shareholders for voting has been fixed as Monday, 7th July 2025. Remote e-voting facility will be available from 11th July 2025 (10:00 AM) to 13th July 2025 (5:00 PM). Voting rights will be reckoned based on equity shares held as on the cutoff date.
This is a routine AGM intimation. Shareholders must ensure they hold shares by 7th July 2025 to be eligible to vote. No material impact on stock price expected; the stock may trade ex-events during the book closure period.
