SONA BLW Precision Forgings has completed the acquisition of Escorts Kubota Limited's Railway Equipment Business on 1st June 2025 under a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA). This is the fourth update on the deal, with prior intimations dated 23rd October 2024, 10th February 2025, and 29th April 2025. The transaction was carried out in line with SEBI disclosure norms, and the detailed disclosures were already filed in earlier communications. The company has now confirmed that the deal has formally closed as per the agreed terms.
