Harig Crankshafts Limited informed BSE that its 2nd Annual General Meeting (Post CIRP), originally scheduled for 29th September 2025 at 12:00 PM via video conferencing, has been adjourned due to lack of required quorum. The adjourned AGM will now be held on Monday, 6th October 2025 at 12:00 PM via VC/OAVM to transact the same business listed in the original AGM notice. The company is in the process of publishing the adjournment notice in newspapers to inform all shareholders. This is the second AGM held after the company emerged from the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP).
