Intimation of Appointment of Statutory Auditors.

Burnpur Cement Ltd has informed the stock exchanges that its Board of Directors has approved the appointment of M/s. Bhagi Bhardwaj Gaur & Co., Chartered Accountants (New Delhi-based, Firm Registration Number 007895N) as the new Statutory Auditors of the company. The appointment is for a term of 5 consecutive years, covering the period from the conclusion of the 39th Annual General Meeting (effective 5 September 2025) to the conclusion of the 44th Annual General Meeting. The decision was made on 25 July 2025, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. The new audit firm has over 36 years of experience in audits, due diligence, taxation, and corporate law matters.
