BASF India Limited has informed the stock exchanges that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from July 31, 2025 to August 5, 2025 (both days inclusive). The closure is for the purpose of holding the 81st Annual General Meeting on August 12, 2025 and to determine the eligibility of members entitled to any dividend that may be declared at the AGM. No dividend amount has been announced yet — this is a standard pre-AGM intimation as required under SEBI listing regulations.
Investors who buy shares on or after July 31, 2025 will not be eligible for the dividend, if declared at the AGM. The actual dividend amount and its impact on yield will only be known when the company proposes it during the AGM on August 12, 2025.
