Sharp India Ltd has informed the stock exchanges about its 40th Annual General Meeting scheduled for Friday, 26th September 2025 at 12:00 Noon (IST), to be held through video conferencing (VC) or other audio-visual means. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Saturday, 20th September 2025 to Friday, 26th September 2025 (both days inclusive). The cut-off date to determine shareholder eligibility for remote e-voting has been fixed as Friday, 19th September 2025. The remote e-voting window will be open from 23rd September 2025 (9:00 AM) to 25th September 2025 (5:00 PM).
Investors who buy or sell shares between 20th September and 26th September 2025 will not be able to transfer ownership during this period. Shareholders must hold shares by 19th September 2025 to be eligible to vote electronically at the AGM.
