Intimation of closure of Trading Window
Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
Eros International Media has informed the stock exchanges that its trading window for dealing in company securities will be closed from January 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The closure is being done as per SEBI's Insider Trading Regulations, 2015 and the company's own Insider Trading Code. All designated persons of the company have been instructed not to buy or sell equity shares during this blackout period. Additionally, PANs of designated persons will be frozen by the Designated Depository during the closure, as per SEBI's July 2023 circular. The date of the financial results announcement will be communicated separately.
This is a routine, mandatory regulatory filing ahead of quarterly results and carries no material impact on the stock. Retail investors should note that Q3 and 9-month FY26 results are expected to be announced sometime after January 1, 2026, and the window will reopen 48 hours post the announcement.
