Intimation of closure of Trading Window

Eros International Media has informed the stock exchanges that its trading window for dealing in company securities is closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. This is done in line with SEBI's Insider Trading Regulations, 2015 and the company's internal insider trading code. All designated persons of the company have been told not to buy or sell equity shares during this period. Additionally, as per a SEBI circular from July 2023, the PANs of designated persons will be frozen by the designated depository for trading during the window closure. The date of the financial results announcement will be communicated later.
This is a routine regulatory compliance filing and not a material event for shareholders. It simply restricts insiders from trading until the Q4 and full-year results are announced, after which the window will reopen.
