DS Kulkarni Developers has received conditional approval from both BSE and NSE on September 19, 2025, for listing 1 crore equity shares of Rs. 10 each, allotted under the Resolution Plan approved by the NCLT Mumbai Bench on June 23, 2023. Of these, 95 lakh shares were issued to the successful resolution applicant and its affiliates on a preferential basis, while 5 lakh shares were allotted to the DSK Shareholders Trust. The approval is conditional on meeting Minimum Public Shareholding (MPS) norms, depository credit confirmation, and other regulatory compliances. Trading in the shares will resume only after MPS compliance is achieved, which the company plans to do through an Offer for Sale of 5 lakh shares held by the DSK Shareholders Trust via the stock exchange mechanism. This is a key step in the company's revival following the completion of the corporate insolvency resolution process.
This development signals the company is nearing the resumption of stock trading after emerging from the IBC process, which could revive investor interest. However, actual trading is still subject to MPS compliance and several other regulatory conditions, so shareholders should expect some further waiting period before liquidity returns.
