Virgo Polymers India Limited has notified that its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, 29th September 2025 at 11:30 A.M. (IST) via Video Conference/Other Audio Visual Means. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Tuesday, 23rd September 2025 to Monday, 29th September 2025 (both days inclusive) for AGM purposes. The e-voting facility will be available from Friday, 26th September 2025 (09:00 A.M.) to Sunday, 28th September 2025 (05:00 P.M.). Members holding shares as on the cut-off date of Monday, 22nd September 2025 will be eligible to vote electronically. The Annual Report for FY 2024-25 and AGM Notice have been sent in electronic mode to members with registered email IDs.
This is a routine procedural filing. Investors should note the cut-off date of 22nd September 2025 to be eligible for e-voting, and be aware that share transfers will not be processed during the book closure period (23rd-29th September 2025).
