The Annual Report for FY 2024-25 along with the AGM Notice has been sent electronically to members whose email IDs are registered with the company or depository. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Saturday, 20th September 2025 to Friday, 26th September 2025 (both days inclusive). The e-Voting window will run from Tuesday, 23rd September 2025 (9:00 AM) to Thursday, 25th September 2025 (5:00 PM), with Friday, 19th September 2025 set as the cut-off date to determine voting eligibility.
Shareholders must ensure their shares are held as of 19th September 2025 to be eligible to vote electronically. Trades made during the book closure period (20th–26th September 2025) will not be processed for share transfers, which may temporarily affect liquidity in the stock.
