Mahaalaxmi Texpro Limited (formerly Abhishek Corporation Limited) has informed the stock exchanges about providing remote e-voting facility to shareholders for its upcoming Annual General Meeting. Shareholders who acquire shares after the notice dispatch but hold shares as of the cut-off date can obtain login credentials by emailing mumbai@in.mpms.mufg.com. Members can participate in the AGM even after casting their vote via e-voting but cannot vote again during the meeting.
