Gujarat Metallic Coal & Coke Ltd has informed BSE that the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Kolkata has approved an extension of two months and one day to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for FY 2024-25. The AGM was originally due by September 30, 2025, and the new deadline is November 30, 2025. The Board had passed a resolution on August 29, 2025, applying for this extension, and the ROC issued its approval letter on September 25, 2025. The exact date of the AGM will be communicated later. The ROC has also advised the company to be careful about future compliance with the Companies Act, 2013.
