Ballarpur Industries has informed the stock exchanges that its trading window will remain closed from January 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. The closure applies to Directors, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives, in line with SEBI's Insider Trading Regulations. Earlier non-trading window closures relating to results for periods from June 2020 to March 2025 also remain in force. Importantly, the company's equity shares have already been suspended from trading on the exchanges since June 23, 2023, as part of a share capital reduction under the IBC Resolution Plan approved by NCLT.
This is a routine compliance filing and does not directly affect shareholders. However, it does not change the existing situation where the stock remains suspended from trading since mid-2023 due to the insolvency-driven capital extinguishment.
