Jet Airways has appointed Ms. Kirti (ICSI Membership No. ACS 76305) as its new Company Secretary with effect from 18 August 2025. She is a Commerce graduate from Delhi University, holds an LLB from B.R. Ambedkar University, and is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is not related to any director and holds no shares in the company.
