Krishna Capital & Securities Limited has appointed M/s. Abhishek Kumar & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 130052W) as its new Statutory Auditor for a period of 5 years. The appointment is effective from the conclusion of the 31st Annual General Meeting (scheduled for September 19, 2025) up to the conclusion of the 36th AGM in calendar year 2030, subject to shareholder approval. The change comes after the completion of tenure of the previous auditor, M/s. Rinkesh Shah & Co., who will still handle the limited review for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The new audit firm is Ahmedabad-based, established in 2009, and offers audit, taxation, and advisory services.
