KD Leisures Ltd has issued a corrigendum to its EGM notice originally dated 30th April, 2026. The EGM is scheduled for 22nd May, 2026 at 12:00 PM via Video Conferencing. The corrigendum corrects a typographical error in Item No. 5 regarding the alteration of the Object Clause in the Memorandum of Association (MOA). The correction changes the wording from 'addition after existing subclause 4' to 'replacement of existing subclause 5 & 6 with new subclauses 5, 6, and 7'. The explanatory statement paragraph 3 is also revised accordingly. All other items in the EGM notice remain unchanged.
This is a minor administrative correction and does not materially change the business outcome. Shareholders should note the corrected wording before e-voting on Item No. 5, which relates to expanding or modifying the company's objects in its MOA.
