Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
Lords Mark Industries has signed a 5-year Memorandum of Understanding with Greenzo Energy India to jointly develop approximately 60 MW of green hydrogen capacity, along with solar rooftop projects and battery storage systems, across Gorakhpur, Aligarh, Jhansi, and Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh. Under the partnership, Greenzo Energy will handle technology and EPC (engineering, procurement and construction), while Lords Mark will act as the project developer and investor, responsible for financing, regulatory approvals, and commercial structuring. The collaboration builds on Lords Mark's earlier MoU with the Uttar Pradesh government for renewable energy development, which involves an estimated investment of over ₹2,000 crore. Both Managing Directors highlighted the deal as a key step in scaling green hydrogen infrastructure in the state and supporting India's clean energy goals.
This is a strategic partnership announcement and not a definitive contract, so near-term stock impact may be limited, but it signals the company's expansion into the high-growth green hydrogen space and adds a large pipeline to its renewable energy business. Investors should watch for further updates on concrete project awards, funding plans, and execution timelines in the coming months.
