Fedders Electric and Engineering Ltd has submitted to BSE/NSE copies of its audited standalone financial results for Q4 FY25 and full year ended March 31, 2025, as published in Financial Express (English) and Jansatta (Hindi) on May 30, 2025. For the quarter, total income fell to Rs 116.73 crore from Rs 148.35 crore in Q4 FY24, while net profit after tax dropped to Rs 7.80 crore from Rs 11.33 crore. For the full year FY25, total income declined to Rs 454.00 crore from Rs 564.77 crore, and net profit fell sharply to Rs 38.88 crore from Rs 88.55 crore. EPS for the year dropped to Rs 12.96 from Rs 29.52 in the previous year. Equity share capital remained unchanged at Rs 30 crore.
Both top-line and bottom-line shrank year-on-year, with net profit falling over 56% for FY25 despite stable equity capital. This weak earnings performance is negative for shareholders and may put pressure on the stock price in the near term.
