IGI filed its investor presentation showing strong 15-month performance ending March 2026. Consolidated revenue grew 18% YoY to INR 15,976 Mn with certification volumes up 20% to 16.45 Mn reports. Group EBITDA rose 22% to INR 9,728 Mn with margins expanding 230 basis points to 61%, while PAT grew 25% to INR 7,112 Mn with margins improving 269 basis points to 45%. The company transitioned its reporting period from calendar year to April-March, explaining the 15-month reporting window. Q4 (Jan-Mar 2026) showed similarly strong growth with certification revenue up 21% to INR 3,587 Mn and PAT up 28% to INR 1,796 Mn. Growth was driven primarily by 35% YoY growth in LGD loose stone segment and 29% in LGD Jewelry. Average realized price per report increased 4% to INR 987 in Q4. Cash position stood at INR 8,005 Mn with strong FCF to EBITDA conversion of ~60%.
The consistent margin expansion (EBITDA margins up 230 bps and PAT margins up 269 bps in 15M) demonstrates strong operating leverage and pricing power, which is positive for shareholders. The shift towards higher-value LGD loose stone certifications and rising average realized prices suggest continued profitability improvement potential.
