Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Ltd has approved the acquisition of 100% shareholding in Arai Solutions Private Limited for a cash consideration of INR 11 crores. The target company, incorporated in April 2024, is engaged in providing AI consultancy services including deep learning, machine learning, generative AI, LLM, NLP, and cybersecurity solutions.
