Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Limited has approved the acquisition of 100% stake in Arai Solutions Private Limited for INR 11 crores in cash. The target company, incorporated in April 2024, specializes in artificial intelligence solutions including deep learning, machine learning, and large language models across industries including healthcare. Arai's FY 2025-26 revenue was approximately INR 54.63 lakhs with a net worth of around INR 9.56 lakhs. Upon completion, Arai will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Inventurus. The acquisition is expected to close by June 20, 2026, and is not a related party transaction. No regulatory approvals are required for this deal.
This strategic acquisition will strengthen Inventurus's AI capabilities and accelerate its AI research and development, particularly in healthcare care management workflows. For shareholders, the deal represents a relatively small investment (INR 11 crores) to acquire specialized AI talent and technology that could enhance the company's competitive position in the healthcare technology space.
