IOL Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals reported strong Q4 and full-year FY26 results. Q4 FY26 revenue rose 17.4% YoY to ₹619.5 Cr — the highest-ever quarterly revenue — while EBITDA grew 39.8% to ₹94.3 Cr with a 15.2% margin (vs 12.7% in Q4 FY25). PAT surged 68.2% to ₹53.2 Cr with margin expanding by 262 bps to 8.6%. For the full year, revenue grew 11.5% to ₹2,319.1 Cr, EBITDA rose 29.3% to ₹290.4 Cr (12.4% margin, +172 bps), and PAT increased 36.4% to ₹137.7 Cr. Growth was driven by the Pharmaceuticals segment's non-Ibuprofen portfolio expansion and Chemicals segment's improved realizations. The company incurred ₹164 Cr capex funded through internal accruals.
The company delivered robust margin expansion and strong profit growth across both segments. The 36.4% PAT growth and nearly 70% Q4 PAT growth are significantly above typical thresholds, signaling operational leverage and a favorable product mix shift.
