IP Rings Ltd published its audited financial results for Q4 FY26 and full year ended March 31, 2026. Total standalone income declined to Rs 306.04 crore from Rs 343.10 crore in the previous year. However, the company returned to profitability with standalone net profit of Rs 0.53 crore versus a loss of Rs 5.73 crore in FY25.
