Ipca Laboratories has published newspaper notices in Business Standard and Nav Shakti ahead of its 76th Annual General Meeting. The AGM will be held on Thursday, 13 August 2026 at 3:30 p.m. through video conferencing. The Annual Report for FY2025-26 will be sent only by email to shareholders. E-voting facility will be provided through NSDL, both remote and during the AGM. The notice also informs shareholders about procedures to register or update email and bank details.
