Ipca Laboratories Board has recommended a dividend of Rs. 6 per share (600% on face value of Re. 1) for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing AGM. The record date for dividend entitlement is fixed for August 7, 2026. For the year, standalone revenue grew 10% to Rs. 7,337 Crores while consolidated revenue rose 8% to Rs. 9,646 Crores. Standalone net profit jumped 74% to Rs. 1,133 Crores and consolidated net profit increased 55% to Rs. 1,141 Crores. EPS improved significantly to Rs. 44.64 (standalone) from Rs. 25.65. The Board also re-appointed Mr. Prashant Godha as Executive Director for 5 years.
Strong profit growth supports the generous dividend payout. Shareholders should benefit from a likely positive market reaction given the robust earnings performance, though the actual yield depends on current market price.
