Kaygee Investments Pvt Ltd (KIPL), the main promoter entity of Ipca Laboratories, has absorbed its two wholly-owned subsidiaries — Paschim Chemicals Pvt Ltd (PCPL) and Mexin Medicaments Pvt Ltd (MMPL) — following a merger order from the Regional Director (Western Region), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, dated 20th August 2025. As a result, all shares of Ipca Laboratories previously held by PCPL (4.01%) and MMPL (0.01%) have been transferred to KIPL. The combined promoter-group holding in Ipca remains unchanged at 25.49% (6,46,65,448 shares) — KIPL alone now holds the full stake. No shares were bought or sold in the market; this is purely an internal corporate restructuring.
No material change for shareholders — the promoter group's effective stake in Ipca Laboratories stays at 25.49% before and after the merger. The share price is unlikely to be affected since this is a bookkeeping reorganisation within the promoter group, consolidating three entities into one.
