IRB Infrastructure Developers reported total toll revenue of Rs. 548 crore for July 2025, up about 10% from Rs. 499 crore in July 2024. The growth came from 17 toll road projects, including subsidiaries and joint ventures under the IRB Infrastructure Trust (Private InvIT). The biggest contributor was the Mumbai-Pune Expressway at Rs. 147.6 crore, followed by IRB Golconda Expressway (Hyderabad Outer Ring Road) at Rs. 70.9 crore. Palsit Dankuni Tollway posted the strongest growth at over 40% year-on-year. This 10% July growth is slightly better than the ~8% growth seen in Q1 FY26. Management said the monsoon season had only a limited impact and expects traffic and toll revenue to pick up further with the upcoming festive season.
Consistent double-digit toll revenue growth across most projects signals healthy traffic on IRB's highway portfolio, which supports steady cash flows for both the company and its InvIT. Positive for shareholder sentiment, though it is a routine monthly operational update rather than a structural change.
