IRB Group reported aggregate toll revenue of Rs. 746 Crore for February 2026, up roughly 22% year-on-year from Rs. 614 Crore in February 2025. Growth strengthened from about 15% in the previous month to 22% in February. The new IRB Harihara Corridor (TOT-17) asset contributed Rs. 52.8 Crore, having commenced tolling from January 23, 2026. Strong gains were also seen at Palsit Dankuni (+70%) and Hapur Moradabad (+19%), while AE Tollway was the only major project to see a dip. The figures cover the parent company plus two listed InvITs – IRB Infrastructure Trust (Private InvIT) and IRB InvIT Fund (Public InvIT).
Positive for shareholders – accelerating toll revenue growth, driven by traffic strength across existing assets and the addition of new TOT projects, supports cash flows for IRB and its two listed InvITs. Management expects the upward trend to continue as another new TOT asset begins tolling.
