IRB Infrastructure Developers announced Q1FY26 consolidated results with total income of Rs. 2,165 crore, up 10% from Rs. 1,972 crore in Q1FY25. Profit after tax jumped 45% to Rs. 202 crore from Rs. 140 crore year-on-year, while revenue from operations rose to Rs. 20,989 million from Rs. 19,329 million. Toll revenue from the company and its Private InvIT grew 8% to Rs. 1,680 crore. The board declared a 7% interim dividend (Re. 0.07 per share) worth about Rs. 43 crore, with record date August 29, 2025. The 27th AGM is scheduled for September 18, 2025 via video conferencing. Debt-equity ratio improved to 0.78:1 from 1.06:1 a year ago, and the company fully redeemed its listed non-convertible debentures on June 28, 2025. The O&M order book is expected to rise to Rs. 30,900 crore after asset transfers between InvITs.
Strong PAT growth of 45% and improved balance sheet (lower debt-equity, NCD redemption) signal operational strength. The modest 7% interim dividend is small per share but reaffirms shareholder returns. Overall positive for shareholders with steady toll revenue growth and deleveraging progress.
