IRB InvIT Fund disclosed project-wise toll revenue for October 2025 across its five Project SPVs. Total gross toll revenue stood at ₹936 million, up about 11% from ₹845 million in October 2024. The standout was IRB Pathankot Amritsar Toll Road, which more than doubled to ₹149 million from ₹73 million. Most other projects also saw modest gains, except IRB Jaipur Deoli Tollway, which slipped slightly to ₹159 million from ₹168 million.
Positive YoY growth in toll collections signals improving traffic and revenue momentum across the InvIT's highway assets, which supports distributable cash flows for unitholders. The mixed project-level performance shows strength in newer assets offsetting mild softness in a mature stretch.
