IRB InvIT Fund reported gross toll revenue of ₹952 million for May 2025, up about 7% from ₹890 million in May 2024. IRB Tumkur Chitradurga Tollway remained the largest contributor at ₹416 million, growing sharply from ₹367 million a year ago. IRB Jaipur Deoli (₹166 million), M.V.R. Infrastructure (₹156 million), and IRB Talegaon Amravati (₹85 million) also posted modest YoY gains. The only project to see a slight decline was IRB Pathankot Amritsar, which dipped to ₹129 million from ₹133 million. Overall, four of the five project SPVs delivered higher toll collections compared to last year.
The steady ~7% YoY rise in toll revenue suggests stable traffic and tariff performance across the InvIT's road portfolio, which is supportive of consistent income distributions to unitholders. Marginal weakness in one asset is not material at the portfolio level.
