IRB InvIT Fund has informed the stock exchanges that its statutory auditor, M S K A & Associates (Chartered Accountants), has converted from a partnership firm into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). The firm is now known as M S K A & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. The auditor will continue to serve and discharge its obligations as statutory auditor for its remaining tenure.
