IRB InvIT Fund reported gross toll revenue of ₹1,679 million for January 2026, up about 13% year-on-year from ₹1,490 million in January 2025. All eight project SPVs posted higher toll collections compared to the same month last year, with the biggest contributors being IRB Tumkur Chitradurga Tollway (₹419 million) and IRB Hapur Moradabad Tollway (₹305 million). Three projects — Kaithal, Kishangarh Gulabpura, and IRB Hapur Moradabad — were only acquired by the InvIT effective November 1, 2025, so the year-on-year comparison is presented for reference only.
Broad-based growth across all SPVs signals healthy traffic and toll collection trends, which is positive for InvIT unit holders' distributable cash flows. Investors should note that the YoY bump partly reflects the portfolio expansion, so like-for-like growth may be more modest.
