IRB InvIT Fund reported gross toll revenue of ₹930 million across its five project SPVs for April 2025, up about 10% from ₹846 million in April 2024. All five toll road projects showed YoY growth: IRB Tumkur Chitradurga (₹393M vs ₹339M), IRB Pathankot Amritsar (₹141M vs ₹133M), IRB Jaipur Deoli (₹168M vs ₹153M), M.V.R. Infrastructure & Tollways (₹146M vs ₹143M), and IRB Talegaon Amravati (₹82M vs ₹77M). The biggest contributor by far remains IRB Tumkur Chitradurga at roughly 42% of monthly collections. This is a routine monthly operational disclosure submitted by the Investment Manager to BSE and NSE.
A 10% YoY rise in toll revenue indicates steady traffic growth across the InvIT's portfolio, which is mildly positive for unitholders as it supports distribution capacity. However, since this is a single month and no guidance was issued, the impact on unit price is likely limited.
