IRB InvIT Fund reported gross toll revenue of ₹903 million for June 2025 across its five Project SPVs, up about 6% year-on-year from ₹854 million in June 2024. IRB Tumkur Chitradurga Tollway was the top earner at ₹391 million (up ~12.7%), while IRB Jaipur Deoli Tollway rose to ₹158 million (up ~6%). IRB Talegaon Amravati grew modestly to ₹79 million, whereas IRB Pathankot Amritsar (₹132 million) and M.V.R. Infrastructure (₹143 million) saw slight declines versus the prior year.
The steady ~6% YoY growth in overall toll collection signals stable traffic and revenue momentum at the InvIT's road assets, which is supportive for unit-holder distributions; no major negative surprises from any single project.
