IRB InvIT Fund has disclosed its monthly toll revenue for April 2026 across 8 project SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicles). Total gross toll revenue stood at Rs 1,647 million, representing a ~9% year-on-year increase compared to Rs 1,513 million in April 2025. All eight project SPVs reported positive YoY growth, with IRB Tumkur Chitradurga Tollway Limited contributing the highest revenue at Rs 374 million. Note that three projects (Kaithal, Kishangarh Gulabpura, and Hapur Moradabad) were acquired effective November 2025, so prior period figures are provided for comparison only.
The 9% YoY growth in toll revenue indicates steady traffic volume recovery and operational strength across the portfolio. For unit holders, this positive revenue trend is encouraging and suggests stable distribution potential from the InvIT.
