Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
IRB InvIT Fund has filed its updated unitholding pattern after completing a preferential issue of units allotted on November 3, 2025. The total units outstanding have risen to 128.16 crore units. The Sponsor, Investment Manager and related parties collectively hold 17.73% (22.72 crore units), with the Sponsor itself (Bodies Corporate) holding 16.57% (21.24 crore units). Public unitholders hold 82.27% of units, including Foreign Portfolio Investors at 35.11% (45 crore units), Individuals at 20.90%, Bodies Corporates at 16.94%, Mutual Funds at 4.63%, Financial Institutions/Banks at 1.55%, Insurance Companies at 1.09%, and NBFCs at 1.06%. The sponsor's stake has been diluted through the preferential issue, bringing in new institutional and public participants.
Existing unitholders' percentage stake has been diluted by the preferential allotment, but the trust has expanded its investor base. With FPIs holding over 35%, the stock is likely to remain sensitive to global fund flows and FPI sentiment.
