IRB InvIT Fund disclosed toll revenue for its five Project SPVs for March 2025. Total toll revenue came in at Rs 921 million, up about 2% from Rs 900 million in March 2024. Top contributor IRB Tumkur Chitradurga Tollway grew from Rs 363 million to Rs 390 million, while IRB Jaipur Deoli Tollway dipped from Rs 164 million to Rs 157 million. M.V.R. Infrastructure and IRB Talegaon Amravati were largely flat YoY. The filing is a routine monthly operational update for the InvIT's toll road assets.
The modest 2% YoY growth in toll revenue is neutral for unit holders, indicating stable but not strong traffic momentum across the portfolio. The mix is mixed, with the flagship Tumkur-Chitradurga asset driving growth while smaller assets are flat to slightly lower.
