India Ratings & Research (Ind-Ra) has affirmed IRB InvIT Fund's credit ratings at 'IND AAA/Stable', the highest investment-grade rating. The rating covers the issuer itself, proposed non-convertible debentures of ₹18,000 million, and existing bank loan facilities of ₹26,670 million.
