IRCON International reported standalone revenue of Rs 8,978.58 crore for FY26, down 16% from Rs 10,677.45 crore in FY25. Consolidated revenue fell to Rs 9,501.97 crore from Rs 11,131.03 crore. Standalone PAT declined to Rs 618.45 crore (FY25: Rs 737.59 crore) and consolidated PAT to Rs 591.92 crore (FY25: Rs 727.83 crore). EPS dropped to Rs 6.58 standalone vs Rs 7.84 prior year. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.70 per share (35% payout) in addition to the Rs 1.20 interim dividend already paid. The auditors expressed an unmodified opinion but drew Emphasis of Matter on two joint ventures (IRSDC and ISTPL) being wound up on liquidation basis. A prior period error restatement of Rs 227.47 crore was made for deferred tax assets in CERL JV.
The company experienced a revenue decline of about 16% YoY with corresponding PAT decline of ~16-19%, indicating operational headwinds. Negative consolidated operating cash flow of Rs 617.58 crore raises concerns about cash generation, though standalone operating cash was positive at Rs 77.10 crore.
