IRFC share price falls 5% as OFS opens for non-retail investors today. Check details here

IRFC share price fell 5.15 percent to around 93.59 apiece on Wednesday as the government's Offer for Sale opened for non-retail investors. The Centre plans to divest a 1 percent stake (13.06 crore shares) with a greenshoe option for an additional 1 percent, at a floor price of 91 per share (a 7.5 percent discount to the previous close). The government held 84.65 percent in IRFC as of the March quarter, and retail investors can participate in the OFS on Thursday.
